If you’ve been feeling sluggish and unmotivated for a while, it might be time to assess your lifestyle. Are there areas you could change? What improvements could you make right now to make a difference?
Assess
Take some time to address the problems. How are you feeling? What are the symptoms? If the symptoms have appeared suddenly or you have any concerns, visit your doctor. He or she will be able to rule out any physical or mental illness. Otherwise, take stock. Write down how you’re feeling and try to figure out the reasons for this. Are you tired? Could this be down to lack of sleep? Are you unmotivated in your whole life or is it just work?
