Coming home after a long day at work and having a glass of wine or a bottle of beer is something most people are familiar with, and once in a while, it’s not a problem. This is so true for most, as some people do seem to have some sort of bad habit to help relief stress. Usually these things just make it worse! There are so many more helthy options for helping cope with stress. I personally love to work out (yoga is my favorite), clean house, or even just take a 30 min to myself and take a hot bubble bath.
ReplyDeleteThese are all bad for you when anyone is under a lot of stress. There are many things you can do to relive your stress levels, I like to read a good book, take a long relaxing bath, or go for a long walk.
