Work, school and even when you're at home you'll at risk of having stress. Well most of us suffer from stress due to different things inside and outside our home. There were times that we feel overloaded with pressure and we can't cope up.  Things that mostly act as an agent that causes stress for examples are loud noises, the negative and unpleasant person/people, health problems, money and much more.
